  • You may return or exchange any unused, unworn item — in its original condition with all tags attached — within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include a copy of your invoice (order receipt) and a brief note explaining the reason for return/exchange.

  • Returns must be sent back via a traceable courier or registered post — on your own expense — to our return address.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

  • Shipping, handling, or delivery charges are non‑refundable. Only the product price will be refunded.

  • If you prefer, instead of refund you may request an exchange for another product (subject to availability).

Conditions for Return / Refund

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as you received it.

  • All original packaging, tags, labels, and any free gifts must be included.

  • Items marked as “final sale,” or custom‑made/ personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Returns sent without prior notification or outside the return window may be rejected.

How to Initiate a Return / Refund
